Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Andria Sharper has dedicated her life to helping others through compassion, service, and unwavering commitment. What began as a passion for caring for people grew into a lifelong career devoted to improving the lives of individuals and families throughout her community.
Since the beginning her journey in the home care industry in 1993, Andria has built a distinguished career spanning more than 33 years. Throughout that time, she has served as a Home Health Aide, Peer Mentor, Associate Instructor, and healthcare leader, earning the trust and respect of clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues alike. Every role has strengthened her belief that exceptional care is built on compassion, dignity, patience, and genuine human connection.
Inspired by a desire to continue serving families on a more personal level, Andria founded Last Minute Private Care LLC. Her vision is to provide dependable, compassionate, and personalized private home care that allows individuals to maintain their independence while giving families the confidence and peace of mind they deserve. Today, Andria continues to lead with the same values that have guided her throughout her career: integrity, professionalism, kindness, and heart. To her, caregiving has never been just a profession.
